Downloads Marchant Database Gedcom File This is the latest copy of the Family Database built up around Thomas Marchant the diarist and containing detail of the Marchants and other families associated with them. In 2003 it contained about 2,000 entries compiled by cousins Diane Mitchell and Tony Bower. Since HHSG published the Marchant diary and database on a CD Rom we have had enormous ongoing worldwide feedback and the family tree contains about 15,000 entries at December 2006. The database details are also available (always a slightly older version) on Genes Reunited as we experience enormous valuable feedback from that quarter. Elsewhere on this site under Researched Surnames you will find a list of the names currently contained in the database. We are always grateful for your feedback on any errors you may find and also for any material you wish to contribute (preferably in mini-gedcom format and, if possible, linking you to your nearest relative in the database). When we release the gedcom to the internet we suppress all dates in respect to people still living. The gedcom is available free to all members. Download
